Sea Water
A soft wet ice due to its saltwater composition. The temperature of sea water ice is about -7°C. It cools the fish quickly and intensively. Due to the salt content, seawater ice is softer than flake ice made from fresh water and has no sharp edges.
Fresh Water
Ice is available in macro or standard sizes and has the ideal temperature of -0.5°C. It doesn’t stick together making it ideal for long term cooling and storage.
